Hoof clay by Good Gear Naturals is made from Vulcanised Mineral Rich Clay Powder. Made in Australia, Good Gear Naturals Hoof Clay is a 100% natural product. Containing naturally occurring minerals such as Magnesium, Zinc, Silica, Iron and Calcium our base clay is rich in minerals. Our Vulcanised Mineral Rich Clay Powder is naturally healing and extremely absorbent.

Bentonite clay is literally magic dirt. It absorbs up to 23 times its weight in water, making it the ultimate barrier product for hoof heath. The ability to draw water also enhances its “stickability”.

Amazingly effective product

I’m so impressed with this all-natural hoof clay! It’s incredibly effective at clearing up thrush and white line disease, and I noticed such a difference in my horse’s hooves after using it. It’s super easy to apply, sticks well, and the smell is amazing compared to many other hoof treatments. A little really does go a long way, making it great value as well. I love that it’s completely natural, so I feel confident using it regularly. This is now a staple in my hoof care routine!

The hoof clay is an absolute staple in my equine emergency kit, from using it with poultice care for abscesses, to seedy toe and all things in between with hoof care, including using it as maintenance through harsher wet conditions, hoof clay has always helped my horses hooves heal and recover quickly.
