Hoof clay by Good Gear Naturals is made from Vulcanised Mineral Rich Clay Powder. Made in Australia, Good Gear Naturals Hoof Clay is a 100% natural product. Containing naturally occurring minerals such as Magnesium, Zinc, Silica, Iron and Calcium our base clay is rich in minerals. Naturally killing yeast type bacteria, our Vulcanised Mineral Rich Clay Powder is naturally healing and extremely absorbent.
Known for its amazing healing properties is raw honey, another key ingredient of our Hoof Clay. Sourced locally from bush hives, our honey is cold extracted for maximum benefit. Repelling moisture and killing bacteria is another key ingredient of our clay – Zinc powder.

I have been really pleased and excited by the results that have presented in the hooves to which I have applied the Clay when Seedy Toe, White Line bacteria, and Thrush have presented. Fantastic product. I was suprised to see the clay still intact after 2 weeks, expecially after lots of rain. No seady toe or thrush in sight. I am very happy and will continue to use this product throughout the wet season with peace of mind.

This product has been an absolute godsend. My horse had cronic thrush in the central sulcus of the frog causing extremely deep cracks in the heel bulb. This went on for the whole 2 years I had owned my horse until I started using the clay.
Being ablse to roll it and place it into the cracks has been so effective that it has actually changed the shape of the frogs and treated the thrush so that the cracks are no longer there in 2 feet and much shallower in 2.
I now use this as a prevention in our tropical wet season and for the first time am no longer plagued by the thrush in my horses feet.

Wow what isn’t there to say about this great product it works like a treat and is affordable and I’ve never been able to find a product that clears up all the normal hoof problems but now I have I’ve been using this product for a few months and in the second day of using it I noticed that it was already working, and have never looked back it works and stays in for as long as 3 weeks then all you have to do is clean the hooves and pack it in again see it’s that easy and takes about 1 minute per hoof. I highly recommend this product for your equine family??

In a 21 yo white footed horse prone to seedy toe, brittle hooves & soft soles Hoof Clay has greatly improved his feet in 3 months. The hard fog has softened, the beginning of seedy toe has gone & the whole wall texture has greatly improved when trimmed recently.i believe there is a big improvement in sole pressure also. I have faith in the ingredients of this product.i have seen first hand what Honey can do healing wounds . I would advise anyone to try Hoof Clay
