Stay Put Cream is made with a base of cold pressed hexane free castor oil to encourage hair regrowth as well as loads of Zinc oxide, this enhances water resistance and is combined with pure essential oils for a pleasing fragrance. A must have multi- purpose and waterproof barrier, it is a very handy addition to anyones tack box!
It was originally developed to soothe Queensland Itch hot spots for an an older OTT I owned. Paddock neighbours at my agistment expressed interest in the cream, and it literally went gangbusters from there! Word of mouth spread, and it really has proven to be a fantastic all around multi-purpose waterproof barrier product.
Developed in Far North Queensland, this amazing product can withstand heavy tropical rain. The Zinc oxide also protects pink skin areas from sunburn.You can expect the cream to stay on skin for 5 days minimum. For use with hooves, the squeeze bottles have a thin nozzle which allows application to areas such as the central sulcus. Or, if your horse has deep heel clefts, it can easily be applied to these areas with ease. Used in this way it is an effective barrier to water and moisture in areas otherwise prone to infection. The bottle allows for targeted application.

I have a Clydesdale who had both mud fever & was constantly getting new wounds in his feathers from biting insects. I used the ‘Stay Put cream’ and within 24hrs the heat had gone out of the wounds. It also stopped the bacteria from spreading underneath the feathers & all sores were completely cleared up & hair growing back in a month. It is the only cream I have used that is able to withstand the Far Nth QLD climate and stay on for 4 days! I have also used the wet clay to treat his minor thrush issues in 2 of his hooves and also got immediate results. Absolutely love these products.

What a fantastic versatile product. I have used this on clients horses (I am a certified bare hoof trimmer) in bad thrush cases especially in the central sulcus area, on bad areas of Qld Itch with literally no hair, on sores and scrapes and pink noses…..and it is fantastic on all of them!! A five star product works great and is very affordable too, My horses have had all the above dry itchy skin, thrush in hooves espically in the central sulcus and in deep heels, mud fever and Rain Scald. But using the amazing Stay Put Cream it has cleared it all up completely in such a short amount of time and you don’t have to use bucket loads of product too and my horses have never looked and felt better.
